Griptape Nodes streamlines the process of working with open source image generation models through two new nodes that we have recently added to the Advanced Media Library. The workflow is intuitive:
- Use the Diffusion Pipeline Builder node to select and configure your preferred provider and model (such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, Qwen, and more).
- If you haven’t downloaded the model you need yet, Griptape Nodes will guide you to the model manager interface, where you can fetch the necessary files directly from Hugging Face Hub. All you need is a Hugging Face access token. You can generate in your Hugging Face account and paste the token into your Griptape Nodes settings.
- Connect the builder node to the Generate Image (Diffusion Pipeline) node. Feed in your creative prompt (As usual, our top tip is to use an agent to enhance and optimize your prompt), adjust parameters like image dimensions and inference steps, and let the magic of generative AI do the rest.
In a few seconds, you’ll see your vision come to life, whether it’s a skateboarder in streetwear under neon lights or a surreal landscape for your next game level. The modular design lets you reuse pipelines, experiment with different models, and optimize performance for your hardware.
In the example below, I have created a FLUX Pipeline and then used the Generate Image (Diffusion Pipeline) node with the prompt:
